Hi! I’m Kendra.

I believe stories and pictures make us feel connected, understood, and validated, and the best ones help us grow. Whether it's an explainer comic, greeting cards, or a children's book, my work thrives on playfulness, humor, kindness, and connection.

Fun Facts

• I started a non-profit film festival in Akron, Ohio, with a handful of friends that today stands as the first permanent art house theater in the area.

• Curated three children's film festivals at the Akron Art Museum.

• Ran several experimental filmmaking classes for adults and children for the Akron Art Museum and Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio.

• Awarded an Arts Grant from the Alberta Arts Council, Canada.

• Helped grow a theme park design firm from a three-person start-up to an established, respected team over four years.

• Worked as Production Coordinator on the hilarious animated show Fairfax.

• Met my husband working on a project for NASA.

• I have had my work featured in the Hollywood Reporter.

• Attended a funeral where Jeff Goldbloom was the MC.
